Introduction to me

 Good evening/ morning to everyone in the world.

This first blog is just an introduction to my life.

My name is Crystal, I'm 29 Australian living in this world with mental illness, I have made this blog to share with everyone about my mental health journey, hoping to help others and to help myself.

There will be a lot of rage and tears throughout this journey.

I have never done anything like this before so please bear with me.

some of the blogs will be short some will be long.

I would also like to add if there is anything that I consider triggering I will put up a warning about it before I write anything,
